The Otium Centre offers a wide range of integrated activities which have their own specifically designed areas, all of which are fully accessible on one level. These areas include a cinema area for both entertainment and learning and a small performance stage for budding talent! We welcome members with complex needs and can support members with communication aids.;we have arts and craft projects; a Life-Skills room; a quiet sensory room including a trampoline for rebound therapy and a Hydrotherapy room with Hot Tub. Both of the latter rooms have overhead tracking for universal access.
Prior to starting with us, you may be asked to attend at least one complimentary assessment day. This is to help you meet everyone and to get a feel of the place. It also helps us identify and talk about your specific preferences and needs. We will work closely with you, as well as other professionals and your family to carry out an assessment in tune with your goals. We are committed to supporting both you and your family and carers as well. Our person-centered approach means you will receive a care package tailored to you.
